The well-diversified portfolio is made up of projects from independent real estate acquisitions. When selecting projects, priority is given to a balanced distribution by region, location and type of use.

With the SDR, investors benefit from extremely attractive deals in the market. Most of the capital gains are recognized at the time of the building permit, i.e. early-bird investors receive a timely and fair return on their higher risk investment compared to later investors.

The focus is on an appropriate distribution by region, location and type of use. When selecting locations, particular account is taken of real estate market cycles, economic strength and the political, legal and tax environment.
